Roy Brown is a native Texan and businessman with more than 35 years of commercial and residential construction experience across the state. After stepping away from his corporate career in banking, Roy returned to what mattered most — land, family, and building his own legacy.
Starting on his own property near Georgetown, he designed and built a barndominium the way he believed it should be done: quality steel, practical layout, and built to stand up to Texas weather and time. Neighbors took notice. Friends began asking for help. Before long, Roy was building for other landowners who were tired of fast-talking salesmen, cheap import materials, and contractors who couldn't be found when the job was done.
So he did what businessmen do — he formalized it. Signature Steel Structures was created to serve property owners who want a structure done right the first time. Not rushed. Not outsourced. Not handed off to a revolving crew.
